Eric Collinsworth, Owner
Eric Collinsworth has been actively involved in real estate appraisal since 2004. After starting his own company in 2007, Collinsworth left the independent fee world to work for a multi-billion dollar national bank based out of Nashville, TN. While there, he gained extensive knowledge and experience with the regulatory requirements regarding the appraisal side of the banking industry. Collinsworth resigned from the position in October, 2011 to start Appraisal Advisory Associates. His goal is to help community banks better understand the regulatory guidelines and requirements regarding the valuation process.
